Existing wet scrubber packing (Pall Ring or Spirax filler) was used to purify gas generated in various industries, but noticing that gas drift occurs, treatment efficiency of fluorine compounds and white smoke is low, and cleaning time and hassle are large, we, by developing a HYBRID FILTER, improved the efficiency of processing gas and fluorine compounds such as acid/alkali introduced into the scrubber, and minimized clogging by dust.
